# Our model provides surgery and multidisciplinary services until successful rehabilitation is achieved

## To prevent and treat this disability, comprehensive cleft care is required

**Early evaluation and diagnosis**

Each patient attends a consultation where a medical evaluation is performed to diagnose the fissure and plan the treatment

**Multidisciplinary treatment**

A specialized medical team addresses the cleft through each of our programs: general medicine, nutrition, early stimulation, speech therapy, dentistry, orthodontics, orthopedics, reconstructive facial surgery, etc

**Comprehensive support and follow-up throughout development**

Throughout development, emotional support, psychological support, parental education and ongoing therapies are provided to ensure well-being and functionality
